A combined file with a contents page

Merge with a table of contents joins your files in the order you set and puts a Contents page in front. Each line shows the file's name and the page it starts on.

  1. Add the PDFs and put them in order.
  2. Click merge and download.

It suits a bid, an application or a case file. The contents lines are plain text, not clickable links.

Flatten a form so it cannot be edited

A filled form can still be changed by whoever receives it. Flatten PDF draws the typed values, ticked boxes and dropdown choices into the page and removes the fields. The page looks the same, and nothing can be edited.

  1. Fill in the form in your PDF viewer and save it.
  2. Add it to Flatten PDF.
  3. Download the flattened copy and send that one.

A PDF with no form fields gets a clear message instead of a blank result. Both tools run in your browser.
