Flatten a fillable PDF form
Turn form fields into fixed text so a filled PDF can't be edited by accident. In your browser, no upload, no sign-up.
A filled-in PDF form is still editable: anyone can change a field. Flattening bakes the field values into the page as ordinary text, so what you filled in stays as it is. It happens on your device, so the form and what you typed in it are never uploaded.
What you get
Fields become text
Typed values, ticked boxes and dropdown choices are drawn into the page.
Looks the same
The page keeps its layout; only the editable fields go away.
Private by design
The form and its answers stay on your device.

Questions
Does flattening make the PDF secure or signed?
No. It makes the fields uneditable in normal viewers, but it is not a digital signature and not encryption.
What if the PDF has no form fields?
The tool tells you there is nothing to flatten. Scanned forms have no fields.
Are my files uploaded?
No. It runs in your browser.
Can I undo it?
Keep the original: a flattened PDF cannot be turned back into a form.
