How to turn photos and scans into one PDF
Put JPG, PNG or WebP pictures in order and get a single PDF, one picture per page.

Many forms ask for one PDF, and all you have is five photos. The Images to PDF tool builds it in your browser, so ID cards, receipts and signed forms are never uploaded.
Steps
- Open JPG to PDF and add your pictures (JPG, PNG or WebP).
- Drag them into order and choose the page size: A4, US Letter, or the size of each picture.
- Click Create PDF and download it.
Tips for readable results
- Photograph the page flat and in even light, with the whole page in view.
- Use the page size the recipient expects: A4 in most of the world, US Letter in the US and Canada.
- Crop out the table around the paper before you add the photo, or crop the PDF afterwards with Crop PDF.
Reading the text
The tool only packs pictures into a PDF. To get the text out of the photos, attach the PDF in the chat: the AI reads it with OCR and can summarize it or turn it into a spreadsheet.
