Wedding schedule for guests, one page they can open on the day
Most guests want to know three things on the day: when the next thing starts, where it is, and how to get there. This page puts the whole day in one place, from the ceremony and the drinks to the last shuttle, and guests open it from the link you send them.

What to put on a wedding schedule for guests
- Ceremony start time, the exact venue name and a map link for each place
- Times for drinks, the meal, speeches and the first dance, in order
- Shuttle or minibus pick-up points with the times they leave
- Last shuttle back to the hotel or town, clearly marked
- Dress code and what to bring, such as a coat for an evening outdoors
- Where to park, or when the car park gets full
- Who to ask on the day and the number to call
The page has an RSVP form: guests say yes or no, how many are coming, and anything you ask (allergies, email, phone). You get an email for each reply and a guest list with a CSV export.
When to send it
- Two to three weeks before: Send the page link with the RSVP form, so guests can plan travel and book rooms
- One week before: Check every time and map link on the page, and ask the venue to confirm their slots
- The day before: Share the link again in the group chat, with the shuttle times at the top
- On the day: Update a time in chat if the schedule moves, and point guests to the page first

Questions
- Do guests need an account to open the schedule?
- No. Guests open the page from one link you send them, and they do not need to sign up or install anything.
- Can I change a time after I have shared the link?
- Yes. Tell the chat the new time and the page is updated, or edit the page by hand. Guests see the change when they open the link again.
- Can the page show seating or table numbers?
- No. There is no seating chart on the page. You can write the table plan into the notes yourself, or tell guests where to find it on the day.
- Can I send printed copies of the programme?
- No. WordGPT does not print or post cards. You can print the page yourself from the browser, or show it on a phone at the venue.
- How do I know who has read the schedule and who is coming?
- The RSVP form tells you who is coming, how many guests and any notes. You get an email for each reply, and a guest list with totals and a CSV you can download.
