50th birthday invitation pages for a milestone dinner
A fiftieth needs a little more than a text message: a date people can plan around, a place to park, and a clear order for the evening. This page lets you describe the dinner in chat and get a hosted invitation with the programme, an add-to-calendar file and a reply form for each guest. You get an email for every reply and a guest list with totals.
Sample 50th birthday invitation pages
What to put on a 50th birthday invitation
- The date, start time and the time the speeches begin
- A map link to the venue and a note on parking or taxis
- A short programme: dinner, toasts, photo wall, dancing
- Dress code, if the evening is black tie or a particular theme
- Any gift wishes, such as no presents or a card for a shared fund
- A line asking guests to bring old photos for the wall
- An RSVP form with yes or no, number of guests and a note
The page has an RSVP form: guests say yes or no, how many are coming, and anything you ask (allergies, email, phone). You get an email for each reply and a guest list with a CSV export.
When to send it
- 8 weeks before: Send the link so people can book travel, babysitters and time off work
- 4 weeks before: Check the replies, then message the guests who have not answered yet
- 2 weeks before: Confirm the venue, the speaking order and the final number of guests
- The week of: Update the programme in chat if a time or speaker changes and keep the page open for late replies

Questions
- Who sees the guest list and the totals?
- The guest list, totals and the CSV export are for the host. Guests see the invitation, the programme and the form they reply through.
- Can guests send photos for the photo wall through the page?
- No. The page collects replies only: yes or no, the number of guests, a note and up to six extra questions. Ask guests to bring printed or phone photos to the party, or to send them to you by message.
- Can I add speaker times to the programme?
- Yes. Ask in chat to add a line such as 9pm toasts from Anna and Daniel, or edit the programme by hand on the page. Times are shown as written, so check them before you send the link.
- Can I ask guests about dietary needs or who is bringing a plus-one?
- You can add up to six extra questions to the reply form, for example dietary needs, a plus-one name or whether a guest needs a lift. The number of guests is always asked separately.
- Does the page take payment or set seating?
- No. The page has no payment, ticketing or seating chart. It is for the invitation, the details and the replies, so any deposit or table plan has to be handled outside the page.
