Notes taken during lectures are often out of order, full of shorthand, and repeat the same point three times, so rereading them tends to feel productive without building recall. This page turns your own material into a course: lessons in a sensible order, key points for each, and practice questions that show you where you are weak before the exam. The live sample above, "The Art of War, in 4 lessons", is a general example; the chat adapts the same structure to your notes.
What you get
Lessons built from the text you give it
Attach a document or paste your notes and the assistant builds lessons only from that material, so the course follows your lecture order and your teacher's emphasis. You can then ask it to merge two lessons, drop a topic you already know, or add more practice questions on the part you find hardest.
Lessons, key points, practice
Each lesson has clear text, the key points to remember and practice questions, followed by a final test across all lessons.
Written from your source
Attach a book, a PDF or a document: the assistant plans one lesson per chapter and writes them a few at a time, from your text only.
How it works
- Step 1
Open a lesson in the sample above and try its practice questions.
- Step 2
Press Use this template, or attach your book or document in the assistant and ask for a course.
- Step 3
Read and edit the lessons, publish, and share the link. Learners keep their progress and you see how far they get.
Who uses it
A student revising for end-of-year exams
Pastes a term's notes from several subjects into separate courses, then uses the practice questions and results to see which topics still need a second pass before the exam date.
A teacher preparing a revision pack for a class
Turns their lecture notes into a self-study course with a link and a final test, then reads the results to see which questions most of the class got wrong.
A trainee preparing for a professional certificate
Works through a course built from their workplace training notes and the certificate syllabus, using practice questions with explanations to check understanding before booking the official test.
Questions
Will the course be accurate to my lectures?
It is built only from the text you give it, so it follows your notes. Check the lessons against your source material before you rely on them, and ask the assistant to correct anything that differs from what your teacher said.
What if my notes are handwritten?
The assistant works from text. Type the notes up or paste them in, or attach a document that already contains the text. Handwritten pages in a photo are not read directly, so transcribe the key parts first.
Can I see which practice questions students get wrong?
Yes. Results show charts for each question and can be downloaded as a CSV, so you can see which lessons need more practice. You can also set a response limit or receive an email for each response.
Can I use the course if I am not sure my notes are complete?
Yes, but the course can only cover what is in your notes. Before you start, add any missing topics from your syllabus or textbook, or ask the chat to flag places where a lesson seems to have no source behind it.
Does the course replace my textbook or teacher?
No. It reorganises what you already have into lessons and practice questions. Use it alongside your textbook and ask your teacher about any points the results show you are still unsure of.
