More to start from: all form, quiz and course templates. Nothing is published until you press Publish, and every answer lands in your account with charts and a CSV.

A procedure stored in a shared drive is usually read once, if at all, and nobody can tell whether a new starter understood the step that matters, such as the alarm code or the allergen rule. This page turns your SOP or handbook into lessons, each followed by questions, so you can see who got which step wrong. The live sample above is a general "Personal finance basics" course; the chat adapts it to your own procedure.

What you get

Lessons built from your own document

Attach the SOP or handbook to the chat and the assistant builds lessons from its actual steps, numbers and exceptions. You can then change any lesson or test question by chat before you publish.

Lessons, key points, practice

Each lesson has clear text, the key points to remember and practice questions, followed by a final test across all lessons.

Written from your source

Attach a book, a PDF or a document: the assistant plans one lesson per chapter and writes them a few at a time, from your text only.

How it works

  1. Step 1

Open a lesson in the sample above and try its practice questions.

  2. Step 2

Press Use this template, or attach your book or document in the assistant and ask for a course.

  3. Step 3

Read and edit the lessons, publish, and share the link. Learners keep their progress and you see how far they get.

Who uses it

  • A café or shop owner onboarding new staff

Split the opening and closing procedure into lessons on cash, allergens and cleaning, with a test after each one. Results show which new starter needs to repeat a part before working a shift alone.

  • An operations lead at a warehouse or workshop

Turn a long equipment or lifting procedure into short lessons with questions on the specific limits and stop rules. Share one link with the whole intake group and check the results afterwards.

  • A team lead rolling out a changed process

When a procedure changes, rebuild only the affected lessons from the new version and send the course to existing staff. The results page shows who has done the new steps and who has not.

Questions

Can I use my existing handbook as it is?

Yes, attach it to the chat. Long documents become several short lessons, but the assistant works from what the document says, so check every number, limit and exception before you publish. A procedure that has changed since it was written needs updating first.

How do the tests work?

Each lesson can have quiz questions with typed or multiple-choice answers. You can add a hint before an answer and an explanation after it, so a wrong answer teaches the right step. A practice mode is available for rehearsal before the real test.

Who sees the results, and how do I get them out?

You see the responses on a results page with charts, and you can export them as a CSV. Each response can also be emailed to you. Share the course through a link or a QR code posted on the wall of the workplace.

Should I ask staff for their names and personal details?

You are responsible for what you collect about your staff, so only ask for what you need, such as a name and which lessons were passed. Health and safety records may have their own retention rules where you work, so check them before you store results.

Does a course replace hands-on training?

No. The course checks whether someone remembers and understands the steps, and the results show where they struggled. It does not watch them carry out the task, so a supervised run-through is still needed for anything physical or safety-critical.
