Turn your company handbook into an onboarding course with lessons and tests
Build an onboarding course from your company handbook: lessons, key points, a short test after each one, and results for each new hire, shared by link.
Personal finance basics
Three short lessons to get your money in order. No jargon, a few numbers, and practice after each lesson.

This is a real course: answer it the way a visitor would. Nothing is saved.
Use this template Describe yours in chatOpen full screenMore to start from: all form, quiz and course templates. Nothing is published until you press Publish, and every answer lands in your account with charts and a CSV.
New hires get a handbook on day one, read a few pages, and then ask their manager the same questions again in their first month. This page builds a course from your handbook so each lesson covers one policy area, with key points and a short test that shows whether it landed. The live sample above is a general finance course; the chat adapts the same structure to your handbook and your business.
What you get
Results for each new hire
Each person's test answers are collected in a results page with charts and can be exported as CSV. If several people miss the same question, that is a sign the handbook section needs a clearer lesson.
Lessons, key points, practice
Each lesson has clear text, the key points to remember and practice questions, followed by a final test across all lessons.
Written from your source
Attach a book, a PDF or a document: the assistant plans one lesson per chapter and writes them a few at a time, from your text only.
How it works

Open a lesson in the sample above and try its practice questions.
- Step 2
Press Use this template, or attach your book or document in the assistant and ask for a course.
- Step 3
Read and edit the lessons, publish, and share the link. Learners keep their progress and you see how far they get.
Who uses it
Operations manager at a multi-site retailer
New staff in different shops cannot all attend the same induction day. A course they take on their own phone covers shift rules, returns and cash handling the same way at every site.
HR lead at a small firm
The handbook is a long PDF that few people finish. Splitting it into short lessons with a test after each one shows which policies people actually understood before their first week ends.
Team lead in a care home or food business
Safety and hygiene rules have to be learned before someone works alone. A course with a test per lesson gives a record of who has covered each rule, with the owner responsible for what is collected.
Questions
Can I build the course straight from our handbook file?
Yes. Attach the handbook text in the chat and the assistant builds lessons from it, with key points and a test for each lesson. You can then edit lessons by chat, for example when a policy changes.
How do I see who has completed the course?
Ask for a name or work email at the start. Each person's answers are then shown on the results page, and you can export them as CSV to keep your own training records.
Does this replace our HR system or add logins?
No. The course is shared by one link and the tool has no staff login or integration with HR software. Treat the results as a record you keep yourself.
What should we avoid asking new hires for?
You are responsible for what you collect. Ask only for what you need to match results to a person, such as a name and work email. Do not ask for ID numbers, bank details or health information in a test.
Can someone practise a lesson before the test counts?
Quizzes have hints, explanations and a practice mode, so a new hire can go through the questions again and read why an answer is right before moving on.
