Turn your policy document into a compliance training course
Turn a policy document into a compliance course with lessons, checks and a final test. Edit it by chat, share one link, and download results as a CSV.

This is a real course: answer it the way a visitor would. Nothing is saved.

Most staff sign a policy and never read it again, so the rules only come up when something has already gone wrong. This page builds a course from your own policy: lessons on each rule, a check after each one and a final test to show what people actually understood. The live sample above is a general finance course; the chat adapts it to your policy and your team.
What you get
Lessons and checks built from your text
Attach the policy document in the chat and the course follows its sections, so each lesson stays tied to a rule your company actually has. Practice questions can give hints and explain why an answer is wrong, which helps when a rule has exceptions.
Lessons, key points, practice
Each lesson has clear text, the key points to remember and practice questions, followed by a final test across all lessons.
Written from your source
Attach a book, a PDF or a document: the assistant plans one lesson per chapter and writes them a few at a time, from your text only.
How it works

Open a lesson in the sample above and try its practice questions.
- Step 2

Who uses it
HR or compliance lead rolling out a new policy
Turn the new version into a course before the launch date, then ask the chat to change any lesson that the revised wording makes out of date.
Team manager onboarding new starters
Build a shorter course on the three rules a new hire is most likely to break, such as gifts, expenses and data handling, and share one link on day one.
Operations lead in a regulated business
Write checks around real decisions staff face, such as a supplier asking for a favour, and read the results sheet to see which rule most people miss.
Questions
Can the course be built from a long policy document?
Yes. Attach the document in the chat and say which sections matter for your team. Very long policies work better when split into a few courses, one per topic, so each stays short enough to finish in one sitting.
What if the policy changes after staff have taken the course?
Edit the course by chat with the new wording and publish the updated version at the same link. Keep the old results CSV so you can show which version each round of answers was based on.
Does this record who completed training?
The results page shows answers, charts and a CSV you can download. If an audit needs signed completion records, keep those in your own system and use the CSV as a supporting record.
Is it fine to ask staff for personal details?
Training touches HR and legal duties, so you are responsible for what you collect from employees. Ask only for what the training needs, such as name and team, and avoid anything sensitive.
How do I make the test fair?
Ask the chat to write questions that test a decision someone would make at work, not the exact wording of a paragraph. Then have someone who knows the policy check the answers before you publish.
