A PDF is fixed to its page size, so it reads badly on a phone and can't be shared as a simple link. This tool lays out the document as a web page with a headline, short sections and the key figures called out. The names, figures, dates and section order stay exactly as the PDF wrote them.

What you get

Headline and sections kept in order

The main title becomes the page headline, and each numbered or titled section becomes its own short block in the same order it has in the PDF.

Key figures called out

Amounts, percentages, counts and dates are pulled up so they are easy to find, and each one keeps the exact wording and number from the source.

Works on any screen

The result is plain web text rather than a fixed page image, so it reflows to fit a phone, tablet or desktop without zooming.

How it works

  1. Step 1

Paste the text of your PDF into the box, or drop the file in. The preview reads up to 5 pages or about 6,000 characters.

  2. Step 2

Check the preview: the headline, the section order and the highlighted figures should match the original.

  3. Step 3

Create a free account to get the full web page, download it, share a link to it or publish it, and change the design by asking for edits.

Who uses it

  • Small business owners

Turn a PDF price list or product catalogue into a web page you can link from social media without sending a file attachment.

  • Community groups

Turn a PDF newsletter or meeting report into a page that members can open on a phone, with dates and amounts left as printed.

  • Teachers and school staff

Turn a PDF handout or schedule into a web page for parents and students, keeping the section order and every date exactly as written.

Questions

Does the web page keep the numbers and dates from my PDF?

Yes. Names, figures, dates and the order of sections are kept exactly as they appear in the PDF. The tool only changes the layout. Results can still contain mistakes, so check the page against the original when the numbers matter.

What does the preview show, and what needs a free account?

The preview reads up to 5 pages of a PDF (2 MB) or about 6,000 characters of text and shows the start of the web page. A free account gives you the whole page, a download, a link to share or publish, and the option to change the design by asking.

Can I convert a scanned PDF?

A scanned PDF is only a picture of the text, so the tool needs to read the letters first (OCR). That step needs a free account. Without it, paste the text yourself or use a PDF that has selectable text.

Will my PDF be stored?

The preview does not keep your file. Accounts handle whole documents, so check the account settings for how long your converted pages are kept.
