A hotel guest feedback form for your guesthouse, built from your stay
Build a hotel guest feedback form covering check-in, room, breakfast, staff and location, plus a rating and one thing to improve. Edit it by chat.
How did we do?
Tell us about your recent visit or order.
This is a real form: answer it the way a visitor would. Nothing is saved.
Use this template Describe yours in chatOpen full screenMore to start from: all form, quiz and course templates. Nothing is published until you press Publish, and every answer lands in your account with charts and a CSV.
Most guesthouses only hear about a problem when a guest mentions it at the desk or in a review after they have left. A short form sent at checkout gets specific answers while the stay is still fresh: the noisy room, the breakfast that ran out at nine, the parking question nobody answered. The live sample above is a general customer satisfaction form; the chat rewrites it around your rooms, meals and location.
What you get
Follow-up questions only when they matter
Logic can show a question only when an earlier answer matches. If a guest rates breakfast 1 or 2, the form can ask what went wrong; guests who were happy skip it and finish sooner. Results are charted by question and can be exported as CSV.
Logic and pages
Show a follow-up only when it applies, split a long form into pages, or show one question per screen.
Results you can read
A chart for every question, averages and NPS for scales, the order of a ranking, a table of every answer and a CSV.
How it works
- Step 1
Try the sample above, then press Use this template, or describe your own form to the chat.
- Step 2
Change any question by hand or ask the assistant ("add a question about price", "translate it to Spanish"), with a live preview.
- Step 3
Publish, share the link or QR code, and read the answers as they arrive. You get an email for each one.
Who uses it
Owner-run guesthouse with a few rooms
Put the link in the checkout email and a QR code on the breakfast table, then read each response by email as it comes in. The one-thing-to-improve answer often points to a single fix, such as the shower pressure or a missing sign for the bins.
Small hotel with several front-desk and housekeeping staff
Add a dropdown of who helped you during the stay, so a praise or complaint about staff reaches the right person. Keep the staff question about what happened, not a score on individuals' personalities.
Bed and breakfast running a seasonal business
Set a response limit or close the form at the end of the season, then compare the CSV from summer and autumn. You can see whether breakfast or check-in scores moved, rather than relying on memory.
Questions
When should I send the form to guests?
At checkout or the morning after, while the stay is fresh. Put the link in your checkout email or on a card in the room. A guest who receives it weeks later will remember less and answer less.
Can I ask for a guest's name and room number?
You can add those fields, but the form does not need them. Only collect what you will use to follow up, and remember that you are responsible for storing and protecting anything personal that guests give you.
How do I keep the form short?
Use the one-question-at-a-time or pages option, and add logic so the detailed questions only appear when a rating is low. Most guests will finish a form that takes under two minutes.
Can guests book a room or pay through the form?
No. The form collects feedback only; it does not take payments or bookings, and it has no calendar. If you want people to request a room, build a separate request form and link to it.
