Make an event feedback survey for your conference, workshop or meetup
Build a post-event feedback survey for attendees covering talks, speakers, venue and networking, with NPS and a results page. Share a link after.
Product feedback
Help us make the product better for you.
This is a real form: answer it the way a visitor would. Nothing is saved.
Use this template Describe yours in chatOpen full screenMore to start from: all form, quiz and course templates. Nothing is published until you press Publish, and every answer lands in your account with charts and a CSV.
Most event feedback comes from the few people who stayed for the closing session, so organisers miss what drew the crowd and what made the second day drag. The live sample above is a general product survey; the chat adapts it to your event, using the sessions, speakers and venue you name. At the end you get a link and a QR code to share, and the answers appear on a results page you can export as CSV.
What you get
Rate each speaker and session separately
A rate-items question scores every speaker or session on the same scale, and a follow-up comment can appear only when the score is low. You see which talks worked and which need a rethink, instead of one average for the whole day.
Logic and pages
Show a follow-up only when it applies, split a long form into pages, or show one question per screen.
Results you can read
A chart for every question, averages and NPS for scales, the order of a ranking, a table of every answer and a CSV.
How it works
- Step 1
Try the sample above, then press Use this template, or describe your own form to the chat.
- Step 2
Change any question by hand or ask the assistant ("add a question about price", "translate it to Spanish"), with a live preview.
- Step 3
Publish, share the link or QR code, and read the answers as they arrive. You get an email for each one.
Who uses it
Conference organisers
Put the link and QR code on the closing slide so people answer on the train home, before the details of day one fade.
Meetup and workshop hosts
Keep it to four or five questions for a smaller group, and ask what they want to learn next so the next date has a waiting list.
Event teams planning a repeat
Compare this year's venue and catering scores with last year's in the results and CSV before you sign the next contract.
Questions
How long should an event feedback survey be?
Under five minutes is a good target. Put the overall score and the NPS question near the top, since people drop off as a survey goes on, and keep open comments to one or two questions.
Should the survey be anonymous?
Anonymous answers tend to be franker about speakers and the venue. If you want to follow up, add a separate, optional consent tick box before asking for an email address.
Can some questions appear only for certain attendees?
Yes. Logic can show a question only when an earlier answer matches, for example asking about a workshop only from people who took part in it.
Can attendees buy tickets for next year from the survey?
No. The tool does not take payments or book places. Put a waiting-list or request form at the end, and link it to your own ticketing page.
