Publish your resume and download it as a PDF
Download a print-ready PDF, or publish your resume at your own link, and decide whether search engines may find it.

When your resume is ready, you can use it in two ways: as a file, or as a page on the web.
Download a PDF
Open the resume and press Download PDF. You get a print-ready file in the style you picked. Use it to apply for jobs, attach it to emails, or print it.
Each time you change the resume, download it again: the PDF is a snapshot.
Publish it as your own page
Open the Publish tab and tick Published (anyone with the link can see it). Choose your link name, and your resume goes live at:
wordgptpro.com/u/<your-link-name>
Copy the link with Copy link and put it in your email signature, your LinkedIn profile or a message.
The published page shows the same resume you see in the builder. If you edit the resume later, the page follows your edits.
Should search engines find it?
Publishing makes the resume reachable by anyone who has the link. That is not the same as being listed on Google. The Let search engines find it option controls that:
- Off: only people you give the link to will see it.
- On: search engines may list your page, so people can find you by name or by profession.
Think about which one you want before you publish a resume that has a phone number or an address on it. You can also remove details you do not want public from the Edit tab first.
Unpublish or delete
Untick Published at any time and the page stops working. Delete this resume removes it completely, and its public page stops working too. This cannot be undone.
What next?
Open your resume to download it or publish it. A resume is one page. If you want a fuller presence, with a menu, sections, photos and your own colours, turn it into a website: How to build your website with WordGPT.
