Online invitation with RSVP for any party or gathering
An online invitation with RSVP gives your party one link with the date, the place and the reply form. Guests open it on their phone without an account, answer yes or no with a headcount, and can add a note or up to six questions. You get an email for each reply, and a guest list with totals that you can export as a CSV.

What to put on a party invitation with RSVP
- Date, start time and end time, so guests know how long to plan for
- Address with a map link, plus a note on where to park or how to get in
- Programme or running order, such as drinks at 7, dinner at 8, cake at 10
- Add-to-calendar file so guests can save the date in one tap
- Notes for guests: dress code, what to bring, whether children are welcome
- RSVP form with yes or no, number of guests and a note, plus up to six extra questions
The page has an RSVP form: guests say yes or no, how many are coming, and anything you ask (allergies, email, phone). You get an email for each reply and a guest list with a CSV export.
When to send it
- Two to three weeks before: Publish the page and send the link to your guest list
- One week before: Check the guest list for replies still missing and share the link again with those people
- Reply deadline: Read the totals and the notes so you know who needs a dietary or access question answered
- Day before: Export the guest list as a CSV to print or send to the caterer or venue

Questions
- Do guests need an account to reply?
- No. Guests open the link on any phone or computer, fill in the RSVP form and send it. They do not sign up or install anything.
- Do I get an email for each reply?
- Yes. Each reply sends an email to the host, so you can follow the answers as they come in without opening the page.
- Can I export the guest list?
- Yes. The guest list shows the replies and the totals for yes, no and headcount, and you can export it as a CSV file.
- Can guests pay for tickets or give gifts through the page?
- No. The page has no payment, ticketing or gift shop. It is for the date, the details and the reply only, so you will need to sort any payment separately.
- Can I change the page after I share the link?
- Yes. You can edit the details by hand or ask for changes in the chat, for example a new start time or a corrected address.
