A free RSVP page for your party, with a running total
Your guests open one link, with no account needed, and tap yes or no. They can add how many people are coming, leave a note, and answer up to six extra questions, such as whether anyone has a food allergy.

What to put on a free party RSVP page
- A yes or no answer, with a headcount for each reply
- A note box for things like "We'll be about 20 minutes late"
- An allergy question, added as one of your extra questions
- The party date, start time and a map link
- The date you need replies by, shown at the top of the page
- A guest list with totals and a CSV file for the caterer or venue
The page has an RSVP form: guests say yes or no, how many are coming, and anything you ask (allergies, email, phone). You get an email for each reply and a guest list with a CSV export.
When to send it
- Two to three weeks before: Make the page in chat and add the date, map link and reply deadline
- When you send the link: Ask people to reply by the deadline you set, even if they cannot come
- As replies arrive: Each reply emails you, so check the running total against your headcount
- A few days before the deadline: Message anyone who has not answered and read the allergy answers
- After the deadline: Download the CSV and send the final number to the venue or caterer

Questions
- Is the RSVP page free to use?
- Yes. Making the page and collecting replies on it is free, and guests do not need an account to answer.
- How do I see the running total?
- The host view shows the yes replies and the number of guests as they come in. The guest list also has totals and can be downloaded as a CSV file.
- Can I collect food allergies?
- There is no separate allergy field. Add it as one of your up to six extra questions, for example "Any food allergies in your group?", and guests answer in their own words.
- Does the page take payment or assign seats?
- No. It has no payment, ticketing or seating chart. It collects yes or no answers, headcounts, notes and your extra questions.
- Will it send printed cards or texts for me?
- No. It does not print cards or ship anything. You share the link yourself, and each reply sends you an email.
