Build a webinar registration form that gets you the right attendees

Make a webinar registration form in minutes: name, email, company, topics, referral source and follow-up consent. Edit by chat, publish a link, read the answers.

Register for the event

Saturday 14 June, 10:00 to 16:00. Places are limited.

This is a real form: answer it the way a visitor would. Nothing is saved.

Use this template Describe yours in chatOpen full screen

More to start from: all form, quiz and course templates. Nothing is published until you press Publish, and every answer lands in your account with charts and a CSV.

A webinar registration form decides who shows up and how useful the session is for them. Without a question about the topic and the attendee's role, you get a list of names you cannot tailor follow-ups to, and you learn nothing about which talk to repeat. The live sample above is a general event registration; the chat adapts it to your webinar, your audience and the consent wording your email tool needs.

What you get

Consent as its own question

The follow-up consent is a separate block you can word exactly as your email provider requires, and the results page shows how many people agreed. You can also make recording delivery depend on a yes/no answer, so the reminder and replay emails go only to people who asked for them.

Logic and pages

Show a follow-up only when it applies, split a long form into pages, or show one question per screen.

Results you can read

A chart for every question, averages and NPS for scales, the order of a ranking, a table of every answer and a CSV.

How it works

  1. Step 1

Try the sample above, then press Use this template, or describe your own form to the chat.

  2. Step 2

Change any question by hand or ask the assistant ("add a question about price", "translate it to Spanish"), with a live preview.

  3. Step 3

Publish, share the link or QR code, and read the answers as they arrive. You get an email for each one.

Who uses it

  • Software trainers running paid or free Xero sessions

Ask which part of the workflow matters most, then group the registrants by answer and open the session with the most-requested topic. The form becomes the outline of your slides.

  • Agencies hosting client webinars on a new product

Ask company size and role, and use a short logic step to show a question about current tools only to people who answered that they already use a competitor. You get clearer sales follow-ups without a longer form for everyone.

  • Associations inviting members to a policy briefing

Add a member number field and a consent block for the association's own mailing list. Set a response limit if the room or the platform has a cap, so the form closes on its own when seats run out.

Questions

How do I keep the form short enough that people finish it?

Ask only what you will use before the webinar: name, a work email, and one or two questions that change what you present. Anything you would never act on, such as a phone number for a free session, is usually better left out.

What consent wording do I need for follow-up emails?

It depends on where your attendees live and which email tool you use, so check the rules that apply to you. The chat can draft a consent block that says what you will send and how to unsubscribe, but you remain responsible for the wording and for storing it.

Can I send each registrant a confirmation and the join link?

Each response can trigger an email to you. The page does not send automatic confirmations to attendees, so you would paste the join link into your own email or webinar platform's reminder.

How do I see which channel brought the most registrations?

The results page charts the answers to your how-did-you-hear question and lets you export everything as a CSV. Compare that with your attendance count from the webinar platform to see which sources turn into people who show up.

Can the form stop accepting sign-ups once the room is full?

Yes, set a response limit and the form closes when it is reached. Share the link only after you have checked the capacity of your webinar tool.
