Turn receipts into an expense spreadsheet
Turn a receipt into rows of items and prices. Paste the receipt text or upload a PDF, preview the table free, and export your expenses with an account.
This preview shows the first 25 rows and does not keep your file.
A shoebox of receipts is an expense report waiting to happen. Typing each line in is slow; photos on your phone are hard to search. This tool turns a receipt into rows (store, date, item, quantity, price), so a month of purchases becomes a table you can total and categorise.
What you get
Items, not a blob
Every purchased line becomes a row with quantity, unit price and line total.
Store and date on every row
So rows from many receipts can be stacked in one sheet and filtered by shop or day.
Fits your workflow
Paste from a receipt email or upload a PDF receipt; photos are read with OCR in your account.

Questions
Can I upload a photo of a receipt?
Photos need OCR, which is part of a free account. The preview takes pasted text and PDFs.
Does it categorise expenses?
In your account you can add a Category column and have it filled from the item names.
What currency does it use?
The one printed on the receipt. If none is printed the column is left empty rather than guessed.
