Make a party RSVP form
Yes or no, how many people and allergies, one question per screen. Share a link in the group chat and count who is coming.
Are you coming?
This is a real form: answer it the way a visitor would. Nothing is saved.
Use this template Describe yours in chatOpen full screenMore to start from: all form, quiz and course templates. Nothing is published until you press Publish, and every answer lands in your account with charts and a CSV.
An RSVP needs three answers: are you coming, how many, and anything I should know. The form shows one question per screen, asks the number and the allergies only when the answer is yes, and totals the head count for you. If you also want a map, a programme and an add-to-calendar button, an invitation page includes the same RSVP.
What you get
Asks only what applies
Guests who cannot come answer one question; guests who can come answer four.
Logic and pages
Show a follow-up only when it applies, split a long form into pages, or show one question per screen.
Results you can read
A chart for every question, averages and NPS for scales, the order of a ranking, a table of every answer and a CSV.

Questions
How do I see the total?
The results page shows how many said yes and the table lists the guests and notes.
Can guests change their answer?
They can send another response; you see all of them with times, newest first.
Should I use an invitation page instead?
If you want a map, a programme and a calendar button, yes: an invitation page has the same RSVP.
