Make an event registration form
Name, email, which sessions, dietary needs and a consent box. Share one link, count registrations and export the list.
Register for the event
Saturday 14 June, 10:00 to 16:00. Places are limited.
This is a real form: answer it the way a visitor would. Nothing is saved.
Use this template Describe yours in chatOpen full screenMore to start from: all form, quiz and course templates. Nothing is published until you press Publish, and every answer lands in your account with charts and a CSV.
A registration form has to give you a head count, the sessions people want, dietary needs for the catering and a recorded consent for storing their data. The sample asks those and nothing else, and you can limit the number of registrations so the form closes when the room is full. For a wedding or a party with a map and a programme, an invitation page with RSVP fits better.
What you get
Closes when it is full
Set a maximum and the form stops taking registrations at that number.
Logic and pages
Show a follow-up only when it applies, split a long form into pages, or show one question per screen.
Results you can read
A chart for every question, averages and NPS for scales, the order of a ranking, a table of every answer and a CSV.

Questions
Can I limit the places?
Yes. Set a response limit and the form closes at that number.
Can I email attendees?
Export the CSV and use it in your email tool; you also get an email for each registration.
Is this for weddings?
For weddings and parties use an invitation page: it has the map, programme and calendar file as well as the RSVP.
