Make a course registration form
Student name, level, the days that suit them and how they will pay. A simple enrolment form you can share by link.
Course registration
This is a real form: answer it the way a visitor would. Nothing is saved.
Use this template Describe yours in chatOpen full screenMore to start from: all form, quiz and course templates. Nothing is published until you press Publish, and every answer lands in your account with charts and a CSV.
Teachers and training providers need the same few facts from every student: who they are, how to reach them, their level, which days work and how they will pay. The form asks exactly that and nothing more, so people finish it, and the table of answers shows which days most students can attend so you can choose the schedule.
