Geography quizzes often end up testing memorised lists, or they ask for a country when the real skill is locating it. Teachers, quiz hosts and parents want questions that check the right thing and answers that are fair to type. The live sample above is a general "World capitals" quiz; the chat adapts it to your region, level and the facts you care about.
What you get
Typed answers with hints and explanations
A question can take a typed answer, a multiple-choice answer or several accepted answers. Add a hint for anyone stuck and an explanation that appears after they answer, so a wrong guess still teaches something.
Quizzes that teach
Every question can have a hint and an explanation, and missed questions come back until they are right.
See who knows what
The results show the average score, which questions people miss most, the most common wrong answer and every play.

Who uses it
Geography teachers
A Year 7 to 9 quiz on capitals, rivers and borders for a starter activity, with hints that point students toward the map without giving the answer away.
Quiz hosts for clubs, pubs and travel groups
A round of questions on flags described in words and neighbouring countries, with a results page to show who scored highest and which questions tripped everyone up.
Parents and homeschoolers
A short weekly quiz on one region, such as South America's rivers or African capitals, that the family can run at the table and repeat with harder questions as the child improves.
Questions
Can students type their answers, and will a close spelling count?
Yes, typed answers are checked against the answers you set. You can add more than one accepted answer, such as "C么te d'Ivoire" and "Ivory Coast". Check the list before you share the quiz, because an answer you did not include will be marked wrong.
Can I include flags or maps?
There is no image field, so flags and maps are described in words, for example "three vertical stripes, green, white and red". The chat can write those descriptions and the matching answers for you.
What do I get after students finish?
Responses open on a results page with charts, and you can download everything as a CSV. You can also get an email for each response and share the quiz by link or QR code.
Can I use the quiz with children, and what about their names?
Yes, but you are responsible for what you collect from children. Ask for a first name or class code rather than full names and email addresses, and do not ask for more than you need to run the quiz.
