Event registration page for team days and meetups
An event registration page for a team day or meetup gives everyone one link with the agenda, the venue and a short form, so you stop chasing replies by email. Each reply reaches your inbox, and the guest list keeps running totals and exports to CSV for the caterer or the office.
Sample team event registration page pages
What to put on a team event registration page
- Agenda with start and end times for each session
- Venue name, address and map link, plus which entrance to use
- Dietary needs question with a space for details
- Yes or no reply with the number of guests attending
- Parking or train notes for people travelling from other offices
- Contact name for questions on the day
- Reply deadline, so catering and room numbers are firm
The page has an RSVP form: guests say yes or no, how many are coming, and anything you ask (allergies, email, phone). You get an email for each reply and a guest list with a CSV export.
When to send it
- Two weeks before: Build the page in chat, check the agenda and map link on your phone, and send the link to one colleague to test
- Ten days before: Post the link in the team channel and ask people to reply by the deadline
- Five days before: Open the guest list, check the totals and remind anyone who has not replied
- Day before: Export the CSV for the caterer and the office, then send the final headcount

Questions
- Do people need an account to register?
- No. Guests open one link, reply yes or no, give the number of guests and leave a note. There is no login.
- Will I get an email for each reply?
- Yes, each reply sends you an email. The guest list also shows totals for yes, no and the number of guests.
- Can I export the registrations?
- Yes, the guest list exports as a CSV file, which opens in a spreadsheet and is easy to send to a caterer or the office.
- Does the page take payment or sell tickets?
- No. The page collects yes or no, guest numbers, a note and up to six extra questions. It does not take payment or sell tickets, and it has no seating chart.
- Can I change the agenda after people have replied?
- Yes. You can edit the page by hand or ask for changes in chat, and the updated times and map link stay on the same link.
