- How do I ask guests to bring a book instead of a card?
- Write the request in the page text or the registry note, for example that you would prefer a book for the baby instead of a card. The page cannot send anything for guests, so the wording is the only place this lives. You can change it later by asking in chat or editing the text by hand.
- Can I tell guests about the games without spoiling them?
- Yes. Name the type of game and what to bring, such as a pen or a phone for a quiz, and leave the answers out. Guests who want to prepare can read the note, and the surprise stays for the day.
- How do I collect food allergies and dietary needs?
- The RSVP form lets you ask up to six extra questions, so one of them can be about allergies or dietary needs. Each reply comes to your email, and the guest list shows totals so you can plan the brunch food before the day.
- Will I know how many people are coming?
- Yes. Each reply shows yes or no and the number of guests, and the guest list adds up the totals. You can download the list as a CSV file to check against your headcount or share with whoever is helping with food.
- Can I change the time or menu after I have shared the link?
- Yes. Guests open the same link, so any change you make to the time, address or menu appears there after you edit the page. Tell guests about big changes by message as well, since the page does not send updates on its own.
