Redesign this as an editable document
Clinic Quality Review 2026Document · 9 sections
I read the Word file into an editable document. The blue headings, the key-number tiles, the table, the callout and the two columns are all there.
Click Edit text to type in the page, hover a section to add one below it, or ask me to change it. You can download it as Word again or turn it into slides.
Try it without an account: Word to editable document · Word to presentation
Most Word files get edited by people who need one thing: change a paragraph, add a table, send it back looking the same. This tool reads your Word file with no AI guessing: headings, text, lists, tables, key-number tiles, callouts, columns and pictures come across, and so do the file's own accent colour, font and paper size. The preview shows the document as a page. In a free account you can type directly in it, add sections where you want them, ask the assistant to change a section, download it as Word again or turn the same document into slides or a web page. Google Docs files work too: download them as .docx first.
What you get
Read by code, not guessed
Structure comes from the file's own styles, so headings stay headings and tables stay tables. Nothing is rewritten or shortened.
Looks like your file
The accent colour, font, paper size, header and page numbers of your Word file carry over, and so do columns and picture grids.
Edit and send it back
Type in the page, add sections, move or delete them, then download Word again. The same document becomes slides in one click.

Questions
Does it keep my layout?
It keeps headings, text, lists, tables, key-number tiles, callouts, columns, pictures with captions, and the file's accent colour, font, paper size and header. Floating text boxes, per-word fonts and tracked changes are not carried.
Is the original file changed?
No. Your file is read, never altered. The editable document is a new copy.
Does it use AI?
Reading the file does not. The assistant is only used when you ask it to change something.
What about a Google Doc or a PDF?
Download a Google Doc as .docx first. A PDF has no structure to read, so use the Word to presentation or PDF tools for those.
