More to start from: all form, quiz and course templates. Nothing is published until you press Publish, and every answer lands in your account with charts and a CSV.

In a real incident, people forget the order of steps, freeze at the sight of blood, or second-guess whether a choking person needs back blows or thrusts. A short quiz before a course, or after a refresher, shows you where your trainees are still unsure. The page builds a quiz for your exact group and the topics you teach. The live sample above is a general food safety quiz; the chat adapts it to first aid for your case.

What you get

Explanations after each answer

Each question can carry a short explanation that appears after the answer, so a wrong choice about compression depth or cooling a burn becomes a short lesson. Hints can be added for trainees who are still learning the order of steps.

Quizzes that teach

Every question can have a hint and an explanation, and missed questions come back until they are right.

See who knows what

The results show the average score, which questions people miss most, the most common wrong answer and every play.

Who uses it

  • First aid trainers running a course

Use the quiz as a check at the end of a session on bleeding, choking and CPR. Results show which questions most people missed, so you know which part to go over again before certification.

  • Workplace safety officers at a warehouse, site or kitchen

Send a quiz to staff who hold the first aid role, with questions about your own kit location, your emergency number and your reporting steps. Each response can be emailed to you as it comes in.

  • Coaches, club leaders or school staff who need volunteers to know the basics

Create a short quiz for volunteers before a season or trip. Practice mode lets them try again without a record, and the results sheet shows who has finished and who needs a follow-up session.

Questions

Can this quiz replace a certified first aid course?

No. A quiz checks knowledge, but it does not teach hands-on skills such as compressions, bleed control or recovery position. Use it alongside a recognised course, and keep your certificates separate from the quiz results.

How do I know the medical answers are correct?

The chat drafts questions from general first aid guidance, so check every answer against the current guidance your region uses, such as the national Resuscitation Council or Red Cross and St John materials, before you publish. Edit anything that does not match your local protocol.

What personal information should I collect?

Ask only for what you need, usually a name and a site or team if you want to see who passed. You are responsible for what you collect from staff, volunteers and children, so do not add health questions or medical histories to the quiz.

Can I base the questions on our own first aid manual?

Yes. The assistant accepts an attached document, so you can upload your company's first aid procedure or course notes and ask for questions drawn from it. Review the result, because the quiz should match what your staff are actually told to do.

How do I see who took the quiz and how they did?

The results page shows charts of answers and can be exported as a CSV, so you can see how each question went across the group. Share the quiz at its link or use the QR code on a printed sheet in the training room.
