Edit a PDF: add text, pictures and a signature
Add text, pictures, a signature, white boxes and highlights to any PDF in your browser. No upload, no sign-up, no watermark.
Fill in a form that has no fields, add a note, put a picture or a stamp on a page, cover something with a white box or highlight a line. Pick a tool, click on the page where it goes, and move or resize it. When you are done the changes are written into a copy of the PDF on your own device; the file is never uploaded. This editor adds to a page: it does not rewrite the original text of the document.

Questions
Can I change the existing text of the PDF?
No. This editor adds text, pictures and boxes on top of the page. A white box can cover text, but the text underneath stays in the file, so do not use it to hide sensitive information.
Can I hide private information with a white box?
Not safely. The covered text can still be copied from the file. Use a redaction tool that removes it, or flatten the page to an image first.
Are my files uploaded?
No. It runs in your browser.
Which fonts can I use?
A standard sans-serif font with five colours. Letters outside the Latin alphabet are replaced with a question mark.
How many pages can it open?
Up to 40 pages and 25 MB. For larger files, split the PDF first.
