Turn a credit card statement into a spreadsheet
Paste or upload a credit card statement and get one row per transaction with date, merchant, category and amount. Preview free, export to Excel with an account.
This preview shows the first 25 rows and does not keep your file.
A card statement mixes purchases, refunds, fees and a summary box, and every issuer lays it out differently. The useful version is a table where each transaction is a row with a date, a merchant, an amount and a category you can filter on. This tool reads the statement, keeps refunds as positive amounts and purchases as negative, and leaves the totals out of the rows so a sum column actually adds up.
What you get
Signed amounts
Purchases are negative and refunds positive, so a simple SUM gives what you really spent.
A category per row
Uses the issuer's category when there is one and a plain one when there is not, so you can pivot spending in a minute.
Totals kept out of the rows
Summary lines such as minimum payment and due date are not mixed into the transactions.

Questions
Which banks does it work with?
Any. The columns are worked out from your statement, so no bank-specific template is needed.
Does it guess categories?
It keeps the category printed on the statement and otherwise suggests a plain one. You can rename or fix them in your account.
Can I do a whole year?
In your account, upload twelve statements at once and get one table.
Is my statement kept?
The preview does not keep your file.
