More to start from: all form, quiz and course templates. Nothing is published until you press Publish, and every answer lands in your account with charts and a CSV.

A shopper who cannot tell which of your products suits them often leaves without buying, and a generic best-sellers list does not answer what they actually need. This page builds a quiz that asks the questions a good in-store assistant would ask, then ends on the product that fits. The live sample above is a general personality quiz; the chat adapts it to your products and your customers' real choices.

What you get

Each answer points to a result

Decide which answers lead to which product, so someone who wants a grinder rather than a filter ends on the grinder bundle. The result shows a short note on why it fits, and every response appears on the results page with charts and a CSV you can export, so you can see which picks come up most.

Quizzes that teach

Every question can have a hint and an explanation, and missed questions come back until they are right.

See who knows what

The results show the average score, which questions people miss most, the most common wrong answer and every play.

How it works

  1. Step 1

Play the sample above to see the hints, explanations and the practice round.

  2. Step 2

Press Use this template, or tell the chat a topic, or attach a PDF, Word file, book or YouTube link to build the questions from.

  3. Step 3

Edit any question by hand, publish, and share the link. Scores and weak spots appear in your account.

Who uses it

  • A coffee roaster with four blends

Customers often choose by brew method and taste, not by origin notes. The quiz asks how they brew and what they like in the cup, then names one blend and links to its product page.

  • A skincare brand with a small range

Skin questions are easy to get wrong, so keep the quiz about routine and preferences rather than diagnosis. If you ask about skin conditions or allergies, you are responsible for what you collect, so ask for no more than you need.

  • A running or outdoor gear shop

Fit depends on weekly distance, terrain and past niggles. The quiz asks those things in plain words and ends on one shoe or pack, and you can read the answers on the results page to plan follow-up fittings.

Questions

Can the quiz send people to my product pages?

Yes, put the product link in the result text, so the shopper can click through to your product page from the final screen. The quiz does not check stock or prices, so update the result text when your range changes.

How many questions should a product quiz have?

Five to seven is usually enough. Each question should change which product comes out at the end, and a longer quiz tends to lose people before the result. Ask the chat to cut it down if your range is small.

Can I ask about skin type, allergies or health?

You can ask about routine and preferences. For skin, allergies or supplements you are responsible for what you collect, so ask only what the recommendation needs and do not promise a medical result.

How do I know which products people are matched to?

Each response is recorded on the results page, with charts and a CSV export. You can see which picks come up most and which questions people skip, which tells you where the quiz needs work.
