A product knowledge quiz for your sales or retail team, built around your own features and prices

Build a product knowledge quiz for sales or retail staff covering features, pricing rules and objections, with explanations after each answer.

Food safety basics

A five-minute check for new kitchen staff.

5 questions · practice mode: missed questions come back until you get them

This is a real quiz: answer it the way a visitor would. Nothing is saved.

Use this template Describe yours in chatOpen full screen

More to start from: all form, quiz and course templates. Nothing is published until you press Publish, and every answer lands in your account with charts and a CSV.

New sales and shop staff get asked about features, prices and objections on their first day, and a wrong answer costs a deal, a refund or a customer's trust. The live sample above is a general food safety quiz; the chat rebuilds it around your products, your pricing rules and the objections your team actually hears. You then share one link, and the results show which questions people miss most.

What you get

Explanations after each answer

Each question can show a short explanation once the person answers, so a rep who picks the wrong discount rule sees why the rule exists, not just that it was wrong. Hints and practice mode let people retry the questions before they take the quiz for real.

Quizzes that teach

Every question can have a hint and an explanation, and missed questions come back until they are right.

See who knows what

The results show the average score, which questions people miss most, the most common wrong answer and every play.

How it works

  1. Step 1

Play the sample above to see the hints, explanations and the practice round.

  2. Step 2

Press Use this template, or tell the chat a topic, or attach a PDF, Word file, book or YouTube link to build the questions from.

  3. Step 3

Edit any question by hand, publish, and share the link. Scores and weak spots appear in your account.

Who uses it

  • Sales reps in their first month

Multiple-answer questions can check whether a rep knows which features each plan includes, and objection questions show the approved reply to a price complaint, with the reason for it.

  • Shop and showroom staff

Short questions on bundles, returns windows, warranty terms and stock substitutions give staff a quick check before a shift, and the results show which product they still mix up.

  • Resellers and channel partners

Send the same link to partners who sell your product, then use the results page to see which pricing rules and limits they get wrong before they quote a customer.

Questions

Can I put our real prices and discount rules into the quiz?

Yes. The chat asks for your current rules and writes the questions from them. Check every answer key before you publish, because the quiz is only as current as the information you gave it, and update it whenever prices or terms change.

Does the quiz know the right answers, or do I have to write them?

The chat drafts the answers and explanations from what you tell it, including any document you attach. You read them and edit anything that is wrong or out of date before you share the link.

Can I see which questions people get wrong?

The results page shows the responses with charts and can be exported as a CSV, and you can ask for an email for each response. If you collect staff names and scores, that is personal data about your employees: you are responsible for what you collect, so only ask for names you need and tell the team how the scores will be used.

Can the quiz be built from our sales deck or product manual?

You can attach the document in the chat and ask for questions based on it. Look over the questions, because a manual may describe features your team is not yet allowed to sell.

Does this replace onboarding or a sales manager?

No. The quiz shows what people remember and where the gaps are. It does not replace a product demo, a ride-along or a manager who can answer the question that no quiz covers.
