Need a different result? Turn anything into anything: drop any file, pick what you want out of it.Try it →PDF reports are laid out for printing, so the findings end up buried in long pages and the tables squeeze badly on a phone. This tool turns the report into a short web page with a headline, clear sections and the key figures called out. The numbers, percentages and recommendations are kept exactly as the report wrote them.
What you get
Headline and sections
The report's title and main headings become the page's headline and sections, so a reader can scan the findings without paging through the document.
Key figures called out
Percentages, totals and dated targets from the report are pulled out and shown clearly, written exactly as the source gives them.
Recommendations kept as written
Each recommendation is carried over word for word, so the actions and deadlines in the report are not reworded or softened.
How it works
- Step 1
Paste the report text or drop the PDF into the box. The preview reads the first five pages or about 6,000 characters.
- Step 2
Check the preview: the headline, sections, key figures and recommendations should match the original report.
- Step 3
Create a free account to get the whole page, download it, get a link to share or publish, and change the design by asking.
Who uses it
Team leads sharing a quarterly report
Turn a PDF that only one person can read comfortably on screen into a page the whole team can open on a phone.
Community groups publishing an annual update
Post a council or association report as a readable web page instead of a file that has to be downloaded and printed.
Researchers or analysts posting findings
Make the executive summary, key figures and recommendations easy to link to, while keeping the numbers exactly as published.
Questions
Does the page keep the numbers exactly as the report gives them?
Yes. Figures, percentages and dates are carried over as written, and recommendations are kept word for word. Results can still contain mistakes, so check the page against the original report whenever the numbers matter, such as for a decision, a publication or a legal document.
How much of my PDF does the preview read?
The preview reads up to 5 pages of a PDF, with a file size limit of 2 MB, or about 6,000 characters of text. It does not keep your file. A free account handles the whole report.
Can I convert a scanned report?
Scanned PDFs have no selectable text, so they need OCR to read the words. OCR is available with a free account.
Will the web page look like the original PDF?
No. The page is a new layout: a headline, short sections and called-out figures that read well on any screen. Charts and tables described in the text are kept as text, not as the original images. With a free account you can change the design by asking.
