Patients look for three things on a clinic's page: what you treat, when you are open and how to book. They also want to feel that someone will answer. This tool lays your description out as a calm one-page site with the services, the first-visit steps and the hours, and adds an appointment request form. It is built for information, not diagnosis: the page says only what you tell it, and the form asks for contact details and a preferred time.

Questions
Is the form safe for medical information?
No. It is for contact details and a preferred time. The form refuses fields such as identity numbers, and you should not ask for health details on it.
Does it replace my booking system?
No. It collects requests; you confirm in your usual way.
Does the page give medical advice?
No. It only says what you wrote. Check the text before you publish.
Where do the appointment requests go?
Once the page is published from your account, each one is saved in a Responses tab that only you can open, and emailed to you at your verified address with the sender as the reply-to. In the free preview the form is shown but does not send.
